Just thought I'd mention it.
I used to love Sim City as a kid! It was pretty much the best thing since sliced bread for me.
A few weeks ago I tried to download it, but the download just made my PC die
Ah well...
What do you think of the whole Sim City series?

The oldest one is the best, the rest aren't too good

Well, to an extent. Sim City 2000 was my fave, but there was another before that I do believe..

The first one was just called sim city, sime city 2000 was the sequal.

I've only played The Sims 3. But at this point I am not even sure if it is the same franchise.

It's a different kind of game, but I'm fairly sure they were both produced by the same guys..

They kiinda got taken over by E.A. I think.

Some quick Googling tells me that EA has been around since the early 80's. Maxis was founded in the late 80s and then acquired by EA in '97..
